About Tonya

I’m Tonya, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Holistic Wellness Coach with more than 20 years of experience in health, fitness, and wellness.

My approach to coaching was shaped not only by years of training and working in the wellness space, but also by my own personal health journey. After navigating significant health challenges several years ago, I became passionate about understanding the deeper connections between fitness, nutrition, recovery, gut health, lifestyle, and overall wellness.
