Health, wellness, and fitness have been central to my life since I was 15 years old. I grew up in Oklahoma and later competed as a Division I Track & Field athlete on both academic and athletic scholarships, specializing in sprints, hurdles, and long jump. That background helped shape the discipline, resilience, and work ethic that still influence the way I coach today.
My perspective on wellness deepened even more after navigating my own significant health challenges several years ago. What started as a personal journey to restore my own health became a much bigger passion for understanding the deeper connections between fitness, nutrition, recovery, gut health, hormones, lifestyle, and overall wellness. That experience changed the way I look at health and inspired me to help other women take a more personalized, sustainable approach to feeling their best.

I believe real results come from looking at the full picture, not just workouts or nutrition in isolation. Strength, body composition, energy, digestion, stress, recovery, sleep, and daily habits all play a role in how we feel and how our bodies respond.

Credentials & Background
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Nutrition Coach, Holistic Wellness Coach, and fitness professional with more than 20 years of experience in health, wellness, and fitness. I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and continue to study fitness, nutrition, recovery, metabolic health, peptides, and wellness optimization as part of my ongoing commitment to helping clients in a more comprehensive way.
When I’m not coaching, you can usually find me strength training, hiking, slacklining, spending time with family, or continuing to learn more about fitness, nutrition, recovery, performance, and wellness.
